I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless JMG Inc and any of it’s employed personnel (including, but not limited to, all organizers, instructors, volunteers, and JMG Travel affiliates). This document sets forth the release of liability for any and all injuries (including death), property losses, or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodation for this event. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by Holland American Cruise Lines and/or its affiliates during the event.
I further acknowledge and understand that any unforeseen events, such as bad weather, rough seas, change of itinerary or dance schedule due to Carnival’s rules, regulations or policies, may occur and do not hold liable, members of JMG Inc.
